In New Seattle, it's described as a "towering club," while the Seattle
Sourcebook doesn't mention anything about the height of the building. My
guess is that it's an eight- or nine-floor building with an entrance at
the ground floor, from where you can only go up to the top level (by
stairs, elevators, etc.).

According to the artwork in New Seattle (page 36), some women do appear to
wear skirts to Dante's Inferno.
