I think +2 for multiple Targets is a start. Splitting your Skill dice
between targets would also be required imo.

As for Image Mag.. I imagine the difficulty of Targetting two things at
once, at anything but short range, would be immense. There seems plenty
of people on this list familar with real life handguns, so perhaps a
more educated opinion will be expressed.

So as well as Image Mag. being useless, perhaps further TN modifiers
should be applied at ranges beyond short.
