Well, I'd say they wouldn't be able to do squat to a rigged system
offhand.

A) The Otaku control the matrix by a more spiritual connection (or at
least that's my interpretation), and you don't have the spirit of the
Matrix where there ain't no Matrix, 'nuff said.

B) Rigger 2 (and Corp Security for that matter) states that "A decker
needs a cyberdeck outfitted with a rigger protocol emulation module and
the software needed to run it." Apart from the obvious argument that
the hardware just might not be able to interface with the Otaku's mind
correctly, the software drivers (or the Rigger Protical Emulation
Utility if your still you're still using Corp Sec rules) for the thing
arn't going to be accessable to the Otaku. IIRC, Otaku can't use
standard utility programs like a decker can, he has to use the complex
forms. Maybe, just maybe, a Otaku could develop a complex form
specially suited for interfacing with a rigged system, but that just
gets complex and is openin' a whole 'nother can of worms.
