Uh, Rat, the Viper is still a 9S(f) base damage, flechette-only, SA/BF
weapon in SR3. That's a _long_ time for people to be cutting-and-pasting
material wrongly for.

Does that mean the Ceska Black Scorpion - just above it in the tables in
SR3 - does 6L damage in burst, but 3(nothing) in single shot?
