Scott, sanctioned by FASA or not, let us consider what you were asking:

"Hey, do you have a scanner, and do you have the sourcebooks?"

No comment on how much you want scanned. Nothing to indicate the fact that
you are sanctioned by FASA. No comment on where this Talk City thing is (I
checked out www.talkcity.com, and couldn't see anything Shadowrunish related
except possibly for a chat room entitled "Mystic Shadows Inn")

Furthermore, if FASA has sanctioned the organisers of the web site to copy
and display the sourcebooks, that permission is granted solely to the
_organisers_. Asking someone else to do it for you still leaves them in
breach of FASA's copyright.

Next time, Scott: a) Don't post in HTML. b) Give a bit more of a clue as to
what you're trying to do, and a hint that you've got permission to do it. c)
Spell correctly.
