I've always played that you only add the bonus to the power once,
even for a burst. Consider a fully-automatic burst of ten rounds...
you'd add ten, one for each round fired, and then add 2 for every
round because they're EX-explosive. That's (using a typical SMG,
7+10+207D!!!...and that's just crazy. It should be just 7+10+2,
for a final power of 19D (nasty enough).
