I apply it to ALL FL grade ammunition. Ever seen a Vindicator Minigun firing
(hideously expensive) dikoted flechette ammo at full 15-round minigun
Autofire? UGH.

More like a 2S, since any armor, even one point, cuts the +1 staging off of
the FL ammunition. Lose the benefits AND suffer the doubled armor rating.

I also use layered armor, per FoF. That means, a 7/3 or 6/2 is not all that
hard to get, with perfectly legal armor. That goes to 7/6 or 6/4 versus
flechettes. The same 12D burst becomes 12S, then goes down to either a 6S or
8S. About right for a burst-fire heavy pistol (which IMO the Ares Viper IS,
remember).

Nope. God help you if a cop DOES find it on you. the ONLY use for it is
MURDER; it's not a self defense gun by ANY means.

Except maybe out in the woods, where it's use against predators might justify
it.

Besides, I just think the concept is cool. :-)
