My own PC (Vanya) carries twin H&K .45s, with FIVE spares for each, under
almost all circumstances. Insane? Considering that the guy went Winchester
(no ammo) while fighting room-to-room in a bug-nest in late '51... well,
having enough ammo has become a major concern. (Note: we use Blackjack's
rate-of-fire rules, so even with both pistols blazing and no clean misses,
twelve-round clips tend to last about two phases - _especially_ against
true-form Roaches :-).)

As did David Buehrer (1419 09-3-99):

True. Our own campaign balance does lean toward the cinematic (as you may
have guessed from my comment above), but we do try to keep things at least
moderately sane.

Been there, done that - hell, it's about the only way I play _House of the
Dead_ these days - and it's insanely cool. (Anyone ever try something like
HotD as a shadowrun - Corp experiment gone bad, maybe?)

_Just because you're paranoid, doesn't mean they're not out to get you._
