Often refered to as a "NewYork Reload". In the game, it doesn't have much
effect, since readying weapon and replacing a mag are both simple actions
(IIRC) but IRL, it is much easier to draw a gun and fire, than draw a clip,
reload the gun, then fire.
BTW, how do you guys handle extra magazines? They do not have conceal
factors of their own, and how many do you allow a player to carry without some
kinda penalty. (Some may answer common sense, but what is common sense to one,
si not always to another.)
