According to the rules you're so fond of quoting <g>, an average troll is
2.8m tall. The weights in the rules are all wonky, though; there's an
article I wrote for TSS that addresses this, if you want to look it over
(it's in issue #9). By my system, an average troll weighs in at around half
a ton (don't get left behind, or at least don't get injured without access
to a forklift).
