I have to agree with Martin here. I use Netscape myself. Yes
Netscapes main program is a web browser (Netscape Navigator), but the
email program is separate (Netscape Messenger) even if it is similar
in appearance.

Saying it is just part of a web browser is a little like saying MS
Excel is just part of MS Word because you get both of them in MS
Office.
