Increase the perception (Electronics) test as per the spell description.
Security Tip: Worried about runners sneaking about with the aid of a
silence spell? Send sonar signals throught the premises and look for
holes. With several sonar signal sources, you can pinpoint the offenders
using the silence spell.

Sneaky Magicians tip: Design a version of silence that doesn't impede
sounds passing *through* (ie, does not originate within) the Area of
Effect.

That depends on your interpretation ... If Physical Mask is a purely
visual illusion, then a camera may detect a surfaced mini-sub as a small
boat but a sonar will (I don't know the possible detail level with sonar)
might reveal the true nature.

It gets picked up as a drone. Mask does not change the internal
composition of the masked item.
