Even as little as inserting into the PDF file a single page "Introduction
to the online version of the Dragons Sourcebook" where they explain that
there will be errors and why would have been nice. The way the document is
posted can easily give the impression that Dragons was closer to being
completed than it actually is and some recognition and explanation of it's
actual status would have reflected well on them (as far as I am concerned).
Of course...an editable or cleaned up copy would also be nice...but I can
understand them not doing it, especially if they have the document saved in
a publishing application that doesn't export nicely to anything which is
editable. (I have had several opportunities to curse Adobe PageMaker for
this sort of thing).
