Subject: Any tips on running UB in SR3?

Can anyone offer any suggestions as to what I should play up/change/play
down to enhance the horror that is my newly-acquired _Universal Brotherhood_
module? (Under spoiler space, of course.) Please bear in mind that I'm
operating a relatively low-power campaign (under SR3 rules); the fastest
character has Wired 1, and the heaviest weapons available are carbines and
the occasional shotgun. Role-playing suggestions would be especially
valued, but anything's welcome.
