Well, this was a favorite skill of mine in SR2, but in SR3, it goes
under Stealth. Why? Disguise is based on expertise with cosmetics
and a bit of acting, which would default off Intelligence. This makes
sense, however, how would I pull this off? Success-based or what?
This would be Knowledge, except that it takes skill to put the makeup
on, right?

On a related note, has anyone else created any new active skills?
