Easy enough to do with something like Pagemaker. Alternatively, with a bit
more work it's easily doable in a graphics program just by placing each
name manually on the image.

Sounds cool, but won't it take up a lot of space, and make many names hard
to read? Still, doing a little test would soon give an answer to those
questions.

Wouldn't this be possible in graphics programs like Photoshop (not being a
Photoshop user, I don't know what it can and cannot do).

The 1994 and 1995 shirts used three screens: one for the front (white) and
two for the back (white and green). Prices were reasonable, but that _was_
about 5 years ago, so they may have increased a lot since then. I don't
know...
