Hello all,

I am curious to know how you all feel about range modifiers and how they apply against
moving targets while using vision magnification. Please note that this is in relation to
SR2. I am not familiar with how the rules for this work in SR3 yet.

To me, it would seem to be more difficult to track a moving target while your field of
vision is narrowed.

For example, if you have your Optical Mag III in use and are tracking a target at Extreme
Range, the range is treated as Short and the base TN is a 4 instead of a 9. For a
stationary target, this is fine. But if that target starts running or whatever, it should
be more difficult to track him/her because your field of vision is quite small.

Does anyone here feel the same way? Is there a good way of modifying the movement
modifiers depending on the target's range and the level of vision magnification being
used?

Thanks for your help!

Justin
