Actually, the folks who in REAL life tend to be fast healers, also tend to
recover from fatigue faster too.

It's basically a metabolism issue: they with the faster and more efficient
metabolism, coupled with a good immune system and whatever it is that directs
healing efforts, heals faster.

A slight increase in metabolic efficiency should also make one more able to
recover from fatigue and shock-related (read: Stun) damage.

IMHO, anyway. :-)
