Well, Andy, I personaly like to use the California Free State right now.
The Japaneese Mega Corp take over of the San Fransico Bay Area is a
decent plot hook, not to mention that there is alot of racial tention as
well (at all depends on which side of the bay your on).

Then there is L.A... :)
