I don't know what more is detailed on Otaku in the Companion but VR2.0
has the original material and Renraku SHutdown has the Otaku Errata.
Otaku could always be metahumans (if they were, they had allocate a 'B'
pick to resources.). This just makes all Otaku characters more flexible.
So, anybody make an Otaku Ghoul, yet? :)
