they get some cool modifiers:
1) They must buy breather masks or stand out from everyone else
2) If they don't have breather masks or some cyber to take care of
pollution, they suffer from the pollution
3) There is acid rain, which all characters have a mild allergy to
4) DRAIN: magicians resist spellcasting drain with two less Willpower dice
than normal.
Aztlan has good info, also has info about blood magic and Aztlaner security.
