To make things even simpler, why not decide on a common print design, set it
up for download, and have those in different countries or locales print
their own shirts? You'd cut down on shipping and Granite would only worry
about those who actually become motivated enough to send money and addresses
to him by some published deadline. This way, people can choose to have
ShadowRN sweatshirts, long-sleeve Ts, etc.

Remember, the fastest way to get a mob from point A to point B is to give
everyone a map and tell them to go. After some period of time, you may have
only half the people, but at least they'd be there, ready to rumble. At
least, that's what I remember from playing AD&D's Battlesystem. :>
