If it flat out costs 30 points to be an Otaku in the point buld system, what
says they get _any_ cash if that's all they pay?

Now, if you want a less-than-impoverished Otaku, it _is_ possible to spend
points on being Otakue _and_ have reasonable resources, right?

OFC, that'd cripple the character's skills/attribues, but hey ... <g>
