Well, this is besides the point. Regardless, having access to the Astral is an advantage,

Yes, but it is not lying. It is allowing you to see what you are able to see.

That's fine. To each their own. I am speaking within the realm of SR only (not the real
world). To me, focusing your energy and then using it to damage an opponent at a distance
is *awfully* similar to casting a ranged spell. To me, the main limitation to a PhysAd is
the necessity to ground their magic through their physical bodies. Thus, if they aren't
touching it - they don't affect it. I actually enjoy the variety of magic in SR. I just
don't think it's all that fun to let everyone do basically the same thing. Some magicians
can do some things that others can't. That's the way I like it. YMMV. :)

My opinions are based upon the SR system only. My real world beliefs are much different
and not relevant.
It would make no sense to argue them on this list.
