: I guess it
:is ok for them to loot from the corpses, unless they completely don't need
:it. It just annoys me when they do it, especially when they expect to get
:tons of money from it or when they are lifting up the corpse to take off
:all the armor.

It's fine and dandy to loot corpses, but they certainly should NOT
expect to (normally) get much from them, or make it the focus of a (normal)
game.
On the other hand, our group made a sizable potion of thier money
pulling Foci of dead mages, an its the ONLY way I ever got a Ruger
Thunderhawk (still a "cop only" gun in our game), or any AET weapon. If you
toss something nasty against your players, expect them to want to keep it if
they kill the user. Such toys are sometimes dangerous to use, or even sell,
since they are pretty easy to ID as being "cop" weapons, or
"corporate"
foci, or whatever, and may be registered, have ballistic samples on file,
etc. Be careful what you steal...

:> A) if they are trying to sell things be realistic. the base is only
going
:> to be 35% of the price not including negotiation. that's not much...and
if
:> you make them role-play the entire transaction it's going to get pretty
:> tiring.

That's the base for ANY hot / used goods, iirc.

:> B) have the cops or other people show up. specially when not in the
:> barrens...for a quick fight anywhere outside of the barrens I end the
:> combat with "You hear sirens in the distance" unless there's a reason not
too.

Yep, loud gun fights and dead bodies attract cops, if the neighborhood
isn't complete shit. On the other hand, they will take some minutes to show
up, and might not blare the sirens. Nothing more embarasing than getting
caught going through a dead mans pockets, with the murder weapon in your
holster...

:If it gets too annoying, I'll try those, or if it is really pointless.

No, you should impliment those both all the time. That's the "real
world" as described in SR products- its not you as the GM "keeping a lid on
things".
