<SLAP!> You are right, without even stopping to question the
original statement I forgot that the only thing Spellcasting can be
allocated to is Spell Stacking and Spell Defense and not drain at all
(that's what I get for going with the flow, shame on me). Now IIRC Totem
modifiers affected the spell pool under 1st and 2nd but that was indeed
done away with with 3rd. (And I didn't fully catch that until now myself.
Much cleaner rule this way).
