That's a point that's been talked about often before. The stats list
Strength as "C+E," meaning the character's original Strength, plus the
vampire's Essence. Then the Powers section lists Enhanced Physical
Attributes without mentioning if this applies to Strength only or to all
attributes, and if the former, whether the "E" refers to the EPA or not.

In other words, if the actual stats for a vamprie are:

B Q S
C C C+E

or

B Q S
C+E C+E C+Ex2

I have always gone with the latter, BTW.

In Critters, the attributes are simply listed as:

B Q S
3 5x5 3

and one of the Powers is Enhanced Physical Attributes, making the actual
stats:

B Q S
3+E (5+E)x5 3+E
