I use a an individual security tally with basically a little free-form
mixed in. Obviously if the system is on passive alert or active alert
that's going to be applied to everyone. If Decker A has got the tally up
way high, I might reduce the Steps that IC is activated for Decker B.
There is an example I believe in VR2, under resetting systems, the
indicates an overall tally, but I personally don't like that.
