Has anyone allowed/used the Hermetic Schools thing listed on page 16 of MITS?
Just wondering, it's a very vague thing listed with no examples. They
mention under some of the magical traditions how some sects use their own
Hermetic School but it would have been nicer to have some direct examples
maybe? I told a player that just following a specific tradition would be
enough, but they argued with me so I'm bringing it up here.
It seems that without any other rulings that it would be a freeby. If
someone wanted to do it in my game I'd raise all the base prices of magical
supplies that they'd need and also availability, but I'm just wondering if
this has been brought up yet or what other people are doing with it...thanks.
