MITS, page 132, 2nd column, AURA MASKING :
"...However, because the insect spirit does not have its own Spirit Energy,
use the Queen's/Mother's Spirit Energy for all tests. If the Queen/Mother
has not yet been summoned, use the grade of the insect shaman who summoned
the spirit."
Guess that helps, if you do not have MITS I recommend to get it as it is
IMHO really a nifty book. That is if you use the SR3rd. all around.
