Well, it was supposed to be August, and I think that's still the date
listed on FASA's Web Page, but...

FASA's art and editing are rushing Mechwarrior 3rd Edition (BT RPG) For gen
con, and aren't even sure if it'll be done in time. I'd expect Man and
Machine to be September, more likely... Hopefully Early September :]
