Definite Darwin material. Maybe the UCAS Navy clandestinely used orcas the
same way they used "Jones," the dolphin in _Johnny Mnemonic_ (the short
story -- NOT the movie) and the victim was:
A. a decker trying to get a hot datafile cracked.
B. a reporter or Eco-nut trying to uncover the operation.
C. a Navy operative trying to erase or alter the Orca's programming.
