Unknown...but there are a few...they are all blues as far as I can
tell.

The original magical defense errected by Renraku should still be up.
So some elementals and such. But if I recall, there is no ward around the
Arc. There is a high background count in some areas...due to the killings,
the experimentations, etc..

Lord yes. Awakened critters were let loose from the zoos and labs
and roam the lower levels. There's a couple floors with some kind of fog
that is a form of Astral bacteria that eats any living tissue.

Who knows. depends on where you are. I'd say there's a lower chance
over all...but still a good chance. Sides, I'd be more worried about the
constructs at this point.
