I recently reread Portfolio Of A Dragon and thought
that the TX entry was very interesting. To Refresh
your memories:

I don't know if this needs spoiler or not. So just to
avoid undue outrage....

"To the elusive TX, whom I know exists, I leave 10
million nuyen on the condition that she come in from
the shadows and report to the UCAS government for
testing and training. I give her full assurances that
she will not be harmed. I further authorize this same
sum to any person or group of people who bring her
alive and unharmed to any UCAS military installation.
I authorize an additional ten million nuyen for the
hiring of qualified individuals to escort her safely
home and, if necessary, to avenge any mistreatment of
her with extreme prejudice."

This struck me as a great run idea. Has anyone ever
run with this? I also thought of using her as a NPC or
maybe even designing a PC on her. She would have to
have one hell of a good reason not to turn herself in.
So tell me what you think. Background idea's, runs,
anything you can give me is appreciated.
