When a page falls out, I flatten the book as much as possible and tape
the page back in right next to the binding with strong mostly clear
tape (packing tape.) I repeat on the other side. The tape usually end
up being strong than the binding in the long run. Also, after a while
you just have to run a strip of heavy-duty tape (Duct Tape) along the
spine, or I do. Personally, I'm thinking of digitizing all my
sourcebooks so I never have to worry about the paper copies again.
