] Take your books to kinko's or locacl copie place they will cut the bindign
] off then spiral bind the book for you it totals about 4.00 us and takes
] about 5-6 minutes. they work great after that.

The pages in most spiral ring books start to tear away anyway, right?
That's my experience at least...same (worse) with binders.
