Nunchaku, possibly a flail specialization, but the moves are typically more
involved than just whacking someone. In fact you can really hurt yourself on
rebound if you don't learn how to do it right.

+1 one more to whatever clubs do (simluates the swinging action).

Not like bolas, but around a wrist could be nasty from the compression. I
would examing the rules for grabbing in combat as a good parallel. The whip
entanglement rules would really apply to this weapon.
