:vampirism? I am need of a long term baddy and thought that this would be a
:pretty cool one but I can't remember what the rules say on it nor can I

Shapeshifters can't be affected (that way) by HMHVV- they don't have
metahuman genetics, even if they shift to human form.
On the other hand, shapeshifters are dual natured, and thus would be
fair game for "possesion", even in MiTS. Dependind on the spirit, the
result could be very powerful. You could even use a free blood spirit with
the powers of "possesion" and "sorcery", and it would act rather like
a
vampire.
I'm not sure if that would make a good long term badguy- if evrybody
dies, its not long term, right? :-) I guess a smart free blood spirit
might have long term (and really nasty) plans, but somehow I can't picture
at as more than a "slasher". Maybe if it was more like the spirit in "evil
dead"....
