Hi back at ya, and in most opinions, NO, they cannot be. However, there is
an option (House Rule) you might want to pursue. For instance, on HHH
(Critters) there is an entry for "Werebeasts" that involve the Krieger strain
(Nosferatu and Ghouls) of HMHVV.
