I'd say "no" to this idea. A magician shapeshifter or a magician vampire
is easily possible, but combining the two is not, IMHO. My behind-the-
scenes explanation for this is that it would probably become too powerful,
not to mention unbelievable to the players. The in-world explanation is
what others have mentioned as well: HMHVV needs to infect (meta)humans,
which shapeshifters aren't.
