In an adventure I ran I had my group split right down the middle over
assassination. Half of them would not kill for money and the others said
where's the money.

The "where's the money" group were on the over-cybered, kamikaze drug using
side. They started to plan to kill off one of the player characters. They
didn't keep it a secret as well as they should have and he found out about
it. Well, at this point boys and girls I provide a warning to all of you.
Don't mess with someone whose got 30+ years of experience on you (this
player is in his 60's).

This man, a former employee of DuPont, conceived a dark plan with his
chemistry skill. Now if you know the Kamikaze drug usage rules, you know
that you can only use it a given numbers of times (based on Body stat/2 I
think), before it screws you (shuts off cyberware and pretty much kicks your
ass, permanently). He had kept track of how many times they dosed up in
previous games (they never hid the fact they were using it) and loaded a
narcoject round with a concentrated Kamikaze dose to push them over the edge
and end their character's existence.

I found this to be a very powerful solution to characters who are willing to
push the performance envelope in trade for cutting their life short in this
fashion.

Old folks, gotta love'em.

:)
