Some of the authors are on this list, and they've used names of people
they know from here in the book.

Since Target: UCAS have some ShadowRN listmembers' names appeared in SR
books -- Adam J (Fro, "Leading by example"), Granite ("Rock steady"),
Spike ("My name is my passport"), and Bull ("The best ork decker you never
met") are in that one, for example. It got started with a kind of
competition Mike Mulvihill held when he was on the list for a short while
back in '96: the first five listmembers to reply to a question of his
(IIRC) would get their names in an upcoming sourcebook, but AFAIK there
are only four listmembers in Target: UCAS...
