Don't know, but you _can_ use a 1990s thermal imager to tell if a woman's
wearing tights or stockings, even whether the stockings are holdups or not
;)

Pretty mediocre. How much use would 1939-vintage radar - the Ventnor
Chain Home station, say - be today?
