Seraphim are one of three types of biblical angels. Cherubim was another.
Can't remember the third off hand. I want to say that the Seraphim were
the warrior Angels, but... Not positive. Been a while since I read the
stuff on Angels in the Bible, and sometimes I lose track of what's from
Books/RPG's and what I know from "real" sources, so to speak :]
