The stats are all in the MitS book, and it's quite a long list.

As far as the Insect Spirit history, you can chart it through the adventures
Queen Euphoria, Universal Brotherhood (the complete module), and Double
Exposure (as well as Total Eclipse, in an odd sort of way). The Bug City
sourcebook is obvious, natch. The novels which contain important appearances
by them are (in my opinion): 2XS, Burning Bright, The Secrets of Power
trilogy (although they never come out and say these are insect spirits), Into
The Shadows (A Plague of Demons), House of the Sun (minor mention, but
important character development), another short story of Dowd's which I can't
recall the name of (it had a powerful magician posing as Damian Knight when a
Mother Roach came to assassinate him). I can't recall any others right now,
but I believe I am missing one. Insect spirits also figured into the
beginning of Crossroads, but not in any sort of significant way. It was just
to kick off the novel.
