Ive had a character based on a Tv Series called Good Guy Bad Guy in
Australia.. He was about 30ish, and was an ex private investigator,
who now ran a Laundromat... It was an awesome concept, and gave me a
lot to work with. No magic and no cyber or bio.
The thing i think is how much do you like suprises? How good is your
GM at giving you something out of nothing. If your GM runs wild with
ideas, and loves to give your character(s) direction on where to do,
what you do, and what happens to you... they can take a mundane
character and maybe get you into an accident where you loose your
eyesight, or a leg, or have heart failure, or maybe protect yourself
from a spell without knowing it and bringing you to your totem.. there
is so much room for a GM to move with a non-magical, non cybered
character that its awesome. I suggest you try it :> You may be
suprised at where you end up, and thats one of the things i love most
about roleplaying... :>
