The modifiers to an open test are the opposite of the normal TN modifiers -
- with that I mean that if a TN hase a positive modifier (+2, +4, etc.),
in an open test it would be negative (-2, -4, etc.). So, that at least
sets the TN modifier for the Centering test. As for the base TN, I'd say a
4 -- most things can be done with a TN of 4, so it seems good enough for
this as well. Therefore, if the GM applies a -2 modifier to your Stealth
test result, you would have to center against a TN of 6.
