Everybody I know just uses Cyberpirates as a tri-place book with some nice
water rules. I've heard now and again of GMs running a pirate campaign, but
I've never seen much after that. The essence Shadowrun, it seems, will
always be shadowrunning. :-) Although, the Target Smugglers book was nice
for finally getting the damn Border Crossing Table and smuggling routes for
fun, as well as the mini-place books. Still, I don't know many groups which
run smuggling campaigns as more than a couple one-shots.
