That means that you do not have the Visual Basic runtimes installed.
Paolo's SRCG does not include them in the program, as they add to the file
size, and many programs already install them. They are available at
Microsofts site, and I believe that Paolo may even have a pointer to where
the files are, I know I have one on Herkimer;'s Lair in the Spell Designers
Section, although they are the vb4 runtimes, iirc. They won't be far from
that link on the MS site.
