he's asked me to pass this along to you. So, without further ado (or
further adon't), here it is:

It's summer and that means convention season. Origins has passed and GenCon
is coming up soon. But while those are the biggest and perhaps best, they
aren't the only games in town. On the West Coast, in San Diego, CA to be
exact, we have the Comic Con, coming up Aug 12 - 15.
As the name suggests, it's mainly a comic book/cartoon/anime convention.
But it's also acquired major elements of art shows, sci-fi cons, and yes,
gaming. Wizards of the Coast was the big name last year, but others,
including the folks behing L5R, were there too. And I've heard rumors of an
even bigger gaming presence there this year.
Just like last year, there will be gaming nearly non-stop at the Comic Con.
And former RN curmudgeon and current FASA freelancer, me, Erik Jameson, will
be running another Shadowrun game on the 14th. I've already got half the
docket filled with players from last year wanting me to GM again, but if
there's anyone else out on RN that will be in attendance and wants to play a
little Shadowrun, drop me an e-mail at wildsmashr@***.com. I even have
prizes this year.
